Soft Play Hire Terms & Conditions 

Our Softplay is for under 5’s only.

This booking is for the times specified.

The full party hire amount is non-refundable if the event is cancelled with less than 14 days notice.

£25 of your booking fee is a non-refundable administration fee if the event is cancelled at any time after booking.

Any damages caused during your event will be charged to you.

No additional soft-play equipment can be hired in.

Maximum number of children is 25.

We do not allow pinata’s, confetti balloons or bubble machines.

Our soft-play is hired without staff supervision. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

“Sandy's Stay and Play” cannot be held responsible for any injuries or damage caused by inappropriate behaviour.

Stay and Play Terms & Conditions

Please check in before allowing children onto the soft play.

Under 5's only on the soft play equipment.

No shoes in the soft play area, but non slip socks must be worn.

No food or drink on the soft play.

Only food purchased on site is allowed (except baby food).

Consumers hold responsibility for food and drink they consume by ensuring that the food is safe and free from contamination. This includes being aware of potential risks associated with certain foods, such as allergens, and verifying that the food they purchase is safe to eat.

It is parent carers responsibility to make sure food is appropriate for the age and stage of the child.  Children should be sat and supervised when eating.

Children to be supervised at all times by parents/carers

No pets.

No  sharp objects

No face paints or glitter

Any damage caused to the equipment or venue when not following the rules would need to be paid for.
